A car accident involving a police cruiser and another car in Waterbury has left three people injured and killed a police dog. The car accident happened on Saturday. According to the driver of the other car and his passenger, the police cruiser failed to stop at a stop sign.
The accident happened around 3 a.m. at the intersection of Highland Avenue and Highland Drive.All three men were in stable condition Saturday. Domino died in the collision.

All three people involved in the accident were taken to a local hospital to be treated for their injuries. The car accident is being investigated by the Waterbury Police Department and no charges have been filed.
